Why we only work with therapists, counsellors and coaches
A therapy website has a different job from most websites. The person reading it is often anxious, may have put off getting help for months, and mainly wants to know what a first session is like and what it costs. We build every page around those questions.
Questions
When will my free preview arrive?
Within three working days of your request. We'll email you a link to your new homepage. There's nothing to pay and no obligation.
Do you write the words?
Yes. You fill in a short questionnaire, about 15 minutes, and we write your pages from it, following your professional body's advertising guidance. You approve everything before it goes live.
Who owns my website and domain?
Your words, photos, logo and domain name are yours. The design, code and hosting are provided by us while you're with us. If you leave, we transfer your domain name to you and send you a copy of your words and photos.
What if I want to cancel?
On the monthly plan there's a 12-month minimum, then it's month to month with 30 days' notice. Need to leave sooner? A one-off £150 ends it. On the yearly plan there's no exit fee: just cancel before your renewal date.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, security updates, back-ups, your domain name, a professional email address, and small changes such as new text, photos, fees or opening hours, usually made within 2 working days. You can also pay £490 a year upfront, which is 2 months free.
